PARTNERING WITH
Happee Hearts Movements, a community healthcare team serving adults with intellectual disabilities and caregivers in the community, in partnership with SUSS UniLEARN, have developed a comprehensive e-learning series to strengthen the capabilities of primary care physicians in caring for persons with intellectual disabilities. Combining clinical expertise, lived experiences, and evidence-based practice, the six self-paced modules equip learners to support more inclusive, person-centred healthcare and empower primary care physicians to deliver equitable care across diverse community settings. This course is supported by Institute of Mental Health and accredited by Singapore Medical Council for Continuing Medical Education points.
