About this course

This course provides an orientation for new volunteers to understand about AWWA and the causes which AWWA supports. We hope to equip and empower our new volunteers with basic knowledge about our clients and to prepare them in their volunteering journey.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
  • Explain who AWWA is
  • Describe the beneficiary groups whom AWWA serves
  • State the importance of volunteers
  • Explain how to interact with adults with disabilities

Assessment
You must complete the quiz with an average passing score of 70% to be awarded a certificate. You will be given unlimited attempts to achieve the passing score.
