Staying Well to Age Successfully
About this course
Staying well can be a challenge for older adults. A longer life, poor health, isolation, and rising cost of living, are some issues that can affect the ability to stay well and age successfully.
This course introduces older adults to the 5 dimensions of wellness and the small steps they can take to improve and maintain high physical, mental and social functioning, financial independence and overall quality of life.
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above may apply for a coupon code to be eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidised fees (administered by the Council for Third Age, C3A). To obtain the coupon code, please email email@example.com for verification of eligibility.
By applying for the coupon code, I confirm that I’m a Singaporean/Permanent Resident aged 50 and above and I give Tsao Foundation/C3A consent to contact me to collect and use my personal data (e.g. name, NRIC, date of birth, contact details) for the purposes of subsidy verification and application, and in accordance with the Tsao Foundation/C3A’s Personal Data Policy. For participants eligible for the NSA Subsidy, please go through the verification process with the respective course provider to obtain your coupon code prior to enrolment. Please ensure that your coupon code is successfully applied and the total payment amount reflected is after discount when you are making payment. For learners who are not eligible for NSA subsidies, please proceed with the course enrolment.
