Toshiya Asai Conditioning Coach, Dancer FIDA JAPAN / LIM LAB (Japan) Injuries from his athletic pursuits led him to breakdancing. After a knee injury, Toshiya began studying the body and transitioned to a career as a conditioning coach with the goal of "saving his past self."
